About the position

At Perido, we are currently looking for a tester for our client, a leading retail company focused on food and health. They are on an exciting transformation journey, modernizing their technical platforms to meet both employees' needs for efficient system support and customers' high expectations for quality and availability. Therefore, we need you as an experienced tester. The workplace is located in Solna, where the work is conducted on-site.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and integration testing
• Perform tests to verify system performance
• Create and document test cases using tools like Jira and X-ray
• Report and follow up on issues in collaboration with the project team
• Actively participate in quality meetings to ensure high standards within the company's testing processes

Your qualities

To thrive and be successful as a tester, it is important to be self-driven, well-organized, and collaborative. You need to work independently and keep track of details in the testing process while having a good ability to structure and prioritize tasks. Since you often work alongside others in the project team, it is also important that you can collaborate easily and communicate effectively with colleagues to solve problems and ensure quality in the project.

Qualifications:

• You have solid experience in software testing within retail, particularly in functional and integration testing
• You are used to working independently, well-organized, and collaborative
• You have experience using tools like Jira and X-ray
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in regulatory operations and point of sale (POS) systems is considered an advantage

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-12-31. Immediate start.
