ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a junior project manager to lead the relocation of a department and manage the project for the remaining site. The relocation involves a software department with approximately 50 people. You will play a key role in structuring and coordinating the move, gathering and sharing information, and communicating effectively with the relocation project, managers, and staff. Your ability to be responsive, proactive, and decisive will be crucial in driving the project forward.

Please note that a security clearance will be conducted as the assignment is security classified.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure and coordinate the relocation
• Gather and share information
• Communicate effectively with the relocation project, managers, and staff
• Make decisions and drive the project forward

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a project management role in a large organization
• Can maintain order and drive the process forward
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience from complex operations
• Education in project management
