Tre Stiftelser provides elderly care based on a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on the healthy aspects of life. Your role as a summer substitute is to promote well-being for our residents and provide them with support and assistance in their daily lives based on their needs. In addition to meeting needs in terms of care, support, and service, you will participate in fun activities, such as enjoying our fantastic gardens with the residents, assisting with exercise, or taking a trip into a virtual world with VR glasses.

For those who want to work most of the summer with us, we offer a summer bonus based on how much you work. If you work 5-8 weeks and have 90% attendance, you can receive a bonus between 2000-8000 SEK.

Your work includes practical assistance with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, and cleaning, among other tasks. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse.

You need to be 18 years old, and if you have experience in care and support, it is a plus.

Scope: Full-time or part-time, discussed at a potential interview. Scheduled working hours are during the day, evening, weekend, or night.

Period: We hope you can work the whole or large parts of the period from June 23 to August 17 (weeks 26-33). If you are interested in starting work already in the spring, there is also the possibility to do so and work through the end of August.

During the interview, you will need to present a valid passport, national ID, or a certificate of personal status from the Swedish Tax Agency in combination with photo identification (driver's license, ID card) for verification of identity and citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid residence/work permit or prove that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
