About Us

The Dialysis Clinic Mölndal is a dialysis unit with 13 dialysis stations, focusing on harnessing the patient’s self-care ability. You will be offered a safe and stimulating work environment where you work with technology and nursing, creating long-lasting and good relationships based on a patient-centered approach. The goal is to create engaged patients who can lead an active life with good quality of life despite chronic illness.

The clinic is staffed solely by nurses, and we operate every day of the week, both day and evening, with shifts every fourth weekend. We mainly work during the day with about one weekday evening a week, finishing at 8:00 PM.

With us, you will receive eight weeks of training with an experienced nurse who will then act as your mentor. During these weeks, it is no problem to learn the technology surrounding a dialysis machine. Every Thursday morning, we have training at the clinic, either with our instructor or an external lecturer.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with previous healthcare experience or someone who is about to finish their nursing education. You will be part of a team with experienced nurses, and to fit into our team, you should be responsible, cooperative, flexible, and able to build good relationships. You have an interest in long-term care contacts and enjoy working with technology, nursing, and possess good digital skills. We are looking for someone who can complement our team, with a focus on personal suitability.

If you are a newly graduated nurse, you will be part of the Clinical Foundation Year, which is our introduction program. The Clinical Foundation Year is mandatory and lasts for the first year of your employment with us. It includes lectures, nursing guidance, and practical training of your profession at the Simulation Center. In nephrology, it includes internships at our various clinics and wards.

In the event of recruitment of nurses/doctors with foreign licenses/specialist certificates, the relevant position will be preceded by a process to meet the requirements for Swedish licenses/specialist certificates.
