At Kvarterskliniken Rehab Avenyn, five physiotherapists and two occupational therapists work with the patient in focus. At the same address, there is also a health center and a team for Young People's Mental Health (UPH). We work with team-based care, both within rehab and also cross-professionally together with colleagues at UPH and the health center. Through the breadth of competence, we can take a holistic approach to the patient's health. Our goal as a rehab unit is to offer patients the best possible care and treatment.

We are now expanding our rehab team and looking for a physiotherapist who wants to help develop our operations together with us. We offer a dynamic workplace with short decision-making paths where you as an employee have the opportunity to develop and influence your work.

About the position

As a physiotherapist, you will work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients of all ages and with all types of issues. We offer treatment and training individually and in groups as well as home visits. Fitting and prescribing aids are part of the job responsibilities.

Patients may have a complex symptom picture, so we place great emphasis on your ability to work both independently and in a team with other professional categories.

We work according to the Care Choice Rehab in Västra Götaland.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who is willing to take on the challenge of working independently and planning your work effectively based on set goals. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated.

In your work, you will meet many different people, so it is important that you are attentive, communicative, and can identify the individual's unique needs to develop a common treatment plan. For you, it is a given to collaborate with your colleagues in rehab and, if necessary, other healthcare provider categories.

We place great importance on personal qualities and wish for you to be a colleague who puts care in focus, with great commitment and flexibility for the patient's well-being. You have good communication skills and describe yourself as enterprising and self-sufficient, as well as a team player who works to move the organization forward. You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Scope: Full-time

Employment form: Temporary position starting by agreement until 2025-12-31, with the possibility of extension
