We are currently seeking two physiotherapists for our unit within functional support in the city area center, Örgryte-Härlanda. One position is a permanent employment and the other is a temporary position until January 31, 2026. Here you will have the opportunity to combine independent work with being part of a multidisciplinary team, where we work together to provide our patients with the best possible support and well-being.

The work is scheduled during daytime with the possibility of flexible working hours. We have good connections via public transport, parking options near the workplace, and a pleasant outdoor area that you can enjoy during the summer.

As a physiotherapist, you will meet patients aged 18 to 65 who live in supported accommodation and services in the center. Many of these patients also participate in daily activities in day services. The patients you meet have both congenital and acquired disabilities, and the need for health care varies from preventive measures to more treatment-oriented medical interventions. In your role as a physiotherapist, you will perform assessments, treatments, and evaluations to provide the best possible care.

Together with the patient, you will work based on their person-centered goals, with interventions aimed at providing maximum independence. Your work also includes supervising support staff, performing and delegating rehabilitation efforts, as well as prescribing, testing, and following up on medical technical aids.

In the team, you will work alongside several physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses who are responsible for the same accommodations and daily activities as you. This means close and supportive collaboration where we encourage doing things together. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. We prefer that you have experience in habilitation/rehabilitation work. It is also advantageous if you have worked in psychiatry and/or have experience with patients who have had strokes or congenital/acquired brain injuries. A driving license (B) is a requirement.

As a person, you thrive in teamwork and contribute to good collaboration with colleagues and other professionals you meet in your work. Furthermore, you approach your tasks responsibly and can independently overview, prioritize, and execute your work tasks.

You have an open and positive attitude and have the patient's needs as the starting point for your actions. You have the ability to share information, both verbally and in writing, and adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation. You find it easy to adjust your working methods based on changed conditions and new information, and you see opportunities in changes.
