The Management Support Unit is a special unit responsible for the operation and management of processes within the education administration.

We are now looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a qualified administrator.

The unit's mission is to provide management support for the entire administration and is responsible for the operation of the administration's processes (legally mandated), internal/external audits, case management, and management support to the head of administration and heads of operations for preschool, primary school, and high school.

Currently, there are 11 investigators, developers, and qualified administrators working within the unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a qualified administrator within the unit, you will provide administrative management support to the various operations of the administration. You will primarily work with case management related to fee/agreement handling, school placement, and school transport, which involves both internal and external contacts.

As a qualified administrator, you will also have tasks related to case preparation, compiling statistics, and producing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a higher education degree with at least 180 credits in law/economics/political science or other relevant education that the employer deems suitable.

The following is also required for the position:

• extensive current experience working with case/system management.
• experience in processing and compiling statistical material.
• experience in analysis and development work.
• work experience from a politically governed organization, preferably within a municipality.
• excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and simply.
• very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• good knowledge of how preschool/school is governed and if you have previously worked with case management related to educational activities.
• good knowledge of other languages.
