At Forenede Care, we are looking for nursing assistants who want to work during the entire summer or parts of it at our cozy nursing home Duvan in Linköping!

As a nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

In central Linköping, we have our newly started nursing home Duvan. We are a large facility with 94 apartments spread over four floors. There are 48 apartments focused on somatic care and 46 apartments designated for individuals with dementia diagnoses.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant and in your growth at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of nursing assistant, you will provide care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and engaging in social activities. Social interaction may include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of receiving new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time/part-time temporary positions.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

We also consider previous experience in elderly care and dementia care as an advantage.
