Description

We are looking for an experienced automation engineer for an exciting consulting assignment.

The role means that you will be a central part of a larger project where you are responsible for electrical and automation solutions. You will work with PLC programming, commissioning, and system design, as well as being involved in the procurement of new equipment. The work takes place in a high-security environment and requires precision as well as an understanding of technical and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain PLC systems and perform troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Participate in requirement specification and procurement of new equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Be responsible for system design and commissioning of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization and contribute with technical expertise.
• Work in an environment with high safety requirements, including work near explosive materials.
• Work shifts and be on call as needed.
• Travel within Sweden and internationally may occur.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in automation and PLC, as well as good knowledge of electronics and fine mechanics.
• Experience in troubleshooting production equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in teamwork.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
• Driver's license B.
