We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst for several exciting assignments with authorities in Örebro and Västerås. If you have extensive experience in requirements analysis and want to contribute to important societal projects, we offer opportunities where you can make a difference.

- Be a central part of varied and developing projects

- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders

- Use tools such as UML or Jira to manage requirements specifications

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly

- Perform traceability analysis to ensure that all requirements are met

You will be part of a close-knit and interactive team where collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation are central values. To thrive in the team, you should be communicative, unpretentious, and have a natural desire to support your colleagues in various issues. Being able to give and receive constructive feedback is also important.

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Experience with agile working methods

• Experience from working in the public sector
• Experience from various types of requirements analysis projects

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time

Start: By agreement
