ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our child client in Skellefteå. The position is a permanent employment starting from 16/4. The working hours are 30 hours/week. The working hours are scheduled during daytime and evening, on weekdays and weekends. Some hours are double-staffed. During daytime work, you will accompany our client to school.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 07.00-14.00
- 07.00-17.00
- 14.00-21.00
- weekends 08.00-17.00 or 11.00-21.00
Introduction will begin as soon as possible!
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 12-year-old girl who enjoys video games, music, and dance. Crafting, painting, watching TV, and listening to stories. She also loves animals of all kinds and enjoys visiting dogs when she is out for a walk. She has an electric wheelchair that she will practice driving herself when she is outside.
She cannot express herself verbally but shows her feelings clearly and makes various sounds. She has recently received a computer with eye control that will eventually help as a communication aid. The client has epilepsy. Medication is administered through PEG.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We want you to be an active and communicative woman between 20-50 years old who speaks fluent Swedish. Furthermore, we want you to be playful, passionate about and believe in rehabilitation, and be flexible and solution-oriented in various situations. The family always strives for her to participate and be included in everything, and it is important that you share the same goal.
One should be aware that this work can be mentally and physically demanding.
REQUIREMENTS
- That you are tolerant and not afraid of cats, as there are cats in the home
- The client prefers female assistants
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work with children.
- Experience with various types of aids.
Employment rate: 30 hours/week
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a criminal record extract.
