As a property technician at Ryholm, you will play a central role in the operation and maintenance of the estate's buildings and areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Buildings: Responsible for interior maintenance such as HVAC, electrical work, kitchen installations, and energy-saving measures.
• Vehicles and tools: Maintain vehicles, machinery, and tools.
• Roads: Maintain private roads, including snow removal in winter.
• Water and sewage: Operation and maintenance of water systems and sewage facilities.
• Communication and IT: Monitor the estate's IT and internet solutions.
• Security: Responsible for security systems and monitoring of the estate. Fire safety.
• General: Act in the best interest of the estate in all matters reasonably falling within the scope of a property technician's responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in similar tasks.
• Lives in Skövde and surrounding areas.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Has a sense of order!

About Ryholm: Ryholm is a manor with a rich history dating back to the 1200s, beautifully located by the southern shore of Lake Viken, not far from the locks of the Göta Canal at Tåtorp. The estate currently covers about 1500 hectares, with forestry and agriculture managed in-house. There are also large wetland areas, oak forests, and untouched natural areas.
