Professionals Nord is seeking an experienced Track Welder on behalf of Infranord for their facility in Lerum/Stenkullen. About the Role

As a Track Welder at Infranord, you will be part of a team working with track welding within operations and maintenance. Common tasks include joint welding and overlay welding, cutting and grinding, as well as pin soldering and gas soldering. In this role, you will handle and correct deviations that arise within your area of responsibility early on. You will work both weekdays and weekends, during the day and at night. You are therefore expected to be able to work uncomfortable hours.

We are looking for someone who has:

Basic education in track welding
Experience in track welding from the railway industry
Approved high school education
Driver's license B (manual)
Good computer skills
Meets medical requirements to be approved for safety service

It is an advantage if you have a C driver's license and authorization to operate track vehicles, but this is not a requirement for the position. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience from shift work as working hours are scheduled during evenings, nights, and weekends.
