Working as an Assembler at Lernia in Borås

This position means that you are employed by us but will work out at our clients who operate within the industry. The position is full-time, and your working hours will involve day shifts, evening shifts, or two-shift rotations. In this role, you will work with the assembly of both large and small components, and forklift driving may also occur.

Who are we looking for?

For the role of assembler, we are primarily looking for a driven and engaged person who is motivated by being an important part of the process. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a big plus if you have experience in assembly. Additionally, it is a significant advantage if you have experience working in areas such as vehicles, construction, or industry. We prefer candidates with experience in independent and qualified work as an assembler. We will apply personal suitability in this role and value qualities such as: attention to detail, flexibility, and self-drive.
