Customer Receptionist & Car Mechanic – Combined Role in a Modern Workshop!

About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated employee who wants to combine the role of customer receptionist (75%) with work in the workshop (25%). In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for welcoming customers, managing bookings, advising on service and repairs, and ensuring that the right spare parts are used. When needed, you will also assist in the workshop with simpler service tasks on vehicles.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Has experience in customer reception, is confident in their role as a car mechanic or similar.

✔ Enjoys customer contact and has a service-oriented attitude.

✔ Has a good understanding of spare parts and can advise on car service.

✔ Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

✔ Mastery of Swedish in both spoken and written form (English is a plus).

✔ Holds a valid driver's license (B).
