As an inspection technician with us, you will combine your technical interest with customer contact and feel proud to contribute to increased traffic safety in Sweden. You do not need previous experience in vehicle inspection; we provide comprehensive basic training that gives you the certifications you need to succeed in the role.

As an inspection technician, you will:

- Good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish

- Good knowledge of vehicles

- Familiarity with computers and mobile devices

- B driver's license (manual)

Meritorious

• Work experience in sales and/or service
• Technical background in vehicles
• Work experience from a similar industry

About the position

We offer a full-time position with a six-month probationary period, followed by a permanent position and individual salary setting. Working hours vary throughout the week and include evenings and weekends as well as work at other stations. Start date is according to agreement.

For over 50 years, the state-owned Bilprovningen had a monopoly on the Swedish market for vehicle inspections. When the market was deregulated in 2010, Besikta Bilprovning emerged as a new player in vehicle inspections.

Besikta Bilprovning Sweden has a large network of 200 stations in 164 locations across the country. Our ambition is to become “your local vehicle inspection” and therefore we continue to expand into new areas.

We offer inspections for most types of vehicles, from cars and motorcycles to heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and trailers. In addition to the standard inspection, we also offer our customers extra safety checks through our additional packages, where we give your vehicle a thorough review beyond the ordinary.
