JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to help shape a new unit and work flexibly while having the security of a permanent position? We are looking for four nurses for our new mobile care unit in the South-West city area. This is a unique opportunity for you who want to work with a high degree of independence, variety, and professional development, while contributing to stable and qualitative care. You will belong to a team and have clear structures for placement and planning, while also being given the opportunity to shape the unit together with us. Here you will work in an organization that values context and collegial support while developing by meeting different units and patient groups. As we are the first in Gothenburg to introduce new digital working methods related to medication management, there is also an opportunity to work with welfare technology.

In your role, you will work in various units such as home care in ordinary housing, short-term units, functional support (BmSS and daily activities), and care and nursing homes. You will support during short-term absences or during temporary peaks in workload and work at different workplaces for shorter periods, from a few days up to four weeks. You will start from the office on Redegatan in Western Gothenburg and then travel to patients or units in the city area, including the southern archipelago. To ensure you feel secure in the role, you will receive professional development and a well-planned introduction with shadowing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. A B driver's license is required for the position as you need to be able to travel to patients by car. Bicycle experience is desirable as we also cycle to patients in the southern archipelago. We welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates. You have an interest in digitalization, as we work with remote meetings and digital tools on the work mobile.
