The welfare sector consists of four areas: disability services, home care and home health care, individual and family care, and care and nursing homes. Home care and home health care are responsible for services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. We operate throughout the municipality and are responsible for authority exercise, home health care, home care, and short-term operations. Our mission is to provide support and assistance to those who have difficulty managing daily life and to provide good and quality-assured home health care.

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our health and medical care organization from June to August. You can work full-time or part-time and have a summer filled with learning, challenges, and development!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing student with us, you will become an important part of our team and have a unique opportunity to develop your skills in health and medical care. You will:

• Assist experienced nurses in their daily work.
• Perform delegated tasks based on your experience and level of education.
• Work within municipal primary care, either in home health care, in care and nursing homes, or short-term care.

All tasks are adapted to your knowledge and assessed individually by a licensed nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed at least semester 4 of the nursing program.
• Has a strong commitment to care and support.
• Can work in a structured manner, plan, and prioritize your workday.
• Works based on the individual's needs and always puts the patient first.
• Has good collaboration skills but can also work independently.
• Has a reflective approach and wants to develop in your role.
• Has a B driver's license (requirement for the position).
