Vårgårda is a smaller community with about 12,500 inhabitants. The clinic has a well-established patient base, so the starting point is already good for you who take over. Vårgårda is within commuting distance from both Borås and Gothenburg. The clinic has two treatment rooms equipped with modern units. The staff consists of two experienced and dedicated nurses who look forward to helping you continue to work with the best interests of the patients and the clinic in focus.

When you enter as a partner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. You will have the support of a network of specialists in various fields such as security, law, HR, real estate, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and the environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Job responsibilities

• You lead and distribute the work for the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Staff responsibility, goal-setting and development dialogues, as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsible for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

We are looking for you who are a trained dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well acquainted with diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with a good approach. You also enjoy leading other people.

As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
