Description
The outpatient clinic in the orthopedic department at Skaraborg Hospital has approximately 15,000 visits per year. We investigate and treat orthopedic injuries and diseases. Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, plaster technicians, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists work together.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities primarily involve casting and taping patients as well as all other tasks for a nursing assistant in an orthopedic clinic. As a member of the team – we are twelve employees – you will participate in all tasks that your skills can fulfill.
Qualifications
You have training as a nursing assistant. Training and/or experience in casting and taping techniques is an asset but not a requirement. If you are not a trained plaster technician, we would like you to train for this in the long term. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and aptitude for the tasks. Additionally, we appreciate initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
