We are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager for our procurement department, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing risks, and identifying opportunities in an international context. The work spans multiple locations, and you can be based in Linköping, Karlskoga, Karlstad, or at our newly opened office in Solna Strand.

Your Role

As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will drive the efforts to ensure that Saab Dynamics' procurement department maintains the highest standards for regulatory compliance and effective management of risks and opportunities. You will develop the work within Risk & Opportunity management and provide expert support and training to your colleagues. An important part of your work involves conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

You will also work to ensure that the procurement department adheres to all applicable requirements included in Saab customer contracts as well as local laws and regulations, and represent the procurement department during audits against ISO 27001 or other customer-specific requirements. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor, and continuously improve to ensure that our international units meet or exceed minimum compliance requirements. This may involve travel, both within Sweden and internationally.

Furthermore, you will monitor and report key performance indicators to procurement management and drive, coordinate, or participate in various projects, activities, or cross-functional workflows as the procurement representative in the area.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree in engineering, economics, law, or business management, as well as at least five years of experience in Risk & Compliance. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and have a good understanding of legal aspects, laws, regulations, standards, and best practices related to Risk & Compliance.

As a person, you are a responsive and skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of supply chain and information security is an advantage, as is experience in project management.
