Kungsgården is beautifully located in greenery in the residential area of Gröngarnsåsen, near forests and nature. The accommodation has approximately 50 apartments distributed across five units. One of the units has a Finnish orientation. The staff speaks Finnish, and we can adapt the food according to Finnish traditions. Two of the units focus on care for people with dementia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In our operations, we start from the belief that all people want good care and quality of life with a touch of gold in everyday life, even as we grow older and need support from others. We support individuals in utilizing their own resources in a professional and respectful manner. We offer our clients security, dignity, community, and a meaningful everyday life with a touch of gold.

The tasks vary depending on the client's needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also with documentation, planning, certain health care tasks, and development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people and believes that social interaction and meaningfulness are important ingredients in everyday life.

You need to be at least 18 years old and have a good command of both Swedish and Finnish to communicate with residents, relatives, and other staff, as well as to document what the operations require.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and believe that the work you do is important. You enjoy working with elderly people and think that social interaction and meaningfulness are essential ingredients in everyday life.

An important quality is the ability to see the individual person's needs and conditions and act accordingly. You are professional in your interactions with clients and relatives and respect the client's independence, integrity, and dignity.

You have a good demeanor and are not afraid to take your own initiative. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and focused on solutions. You find it easy to collaborate with others and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.

To thrive in this role, you need the ability to empathize with someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities in this recruitment.
