Our services include health and medical care within home healthcare for individuals with assistance decisions, within LSS SÄBO, and home healthcare for individuals under 65 years old.

Our workplace is located at Fyrisborgsgatan 1, and from here we go out for home visits. Here, the Care Committee's licensed staff is on the same floor. The shared facilities provide unique opportunities for collaboration, contacts, support, and development work both within and between professions. The shared space and proximity to colleagues facilitate meetings in professional groups, various workgroups, and for joint development/training.

Your Mission

As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing your competence, knowledge, and commitment with the patient at the center. Your role will involve working with a variety of tasks within your area. In your work as a nurse, you will be involved in assessments, treatment, and guidance for care staff.

Your more concrete tasks include:

• performing HSL interventions based on the distribution of medical responsibility and evaluating treatment outcomes.
• guiding and delegating HSL tasks to care staff.
• participating in team collaboration around the patient and also having an active role in the discharge process.

As a nurse, you will work in a team with other nursing colleagues, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the operations manager. So there is good support within the group. Our ambition is for you to develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Your work will also include guidance and instruction for patients, relatives, care staff, personal assistants, and students.

Your Background

We are looking for a licensed nurse. We prefer candidates with experience in municipal primary care. The job requires you to have a B driver's license. Knowledge of Lifecare and Cosmic is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are pedagogical and have an understanding of people's different conditions for absorbing knowledge. You are flexible and can see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. The job suits you if you are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work.
