Within the Health and Care Administration, we work according to the salutogenic approach to utilize and strengthen the resources individuals have. We are responsible for elderly care and support for people with disabilities. As an employee with us, you work closely with people to create a meaningful and secure everyday life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The home care service has a Night Patrol and a Safety Group. These groups respond to safety alarms and fixed visits.

As a care assistant in home care, you will:

• Provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes and respond to alarms.
• Perform medical interventions according to delegation from a nurse.
• Document according to SoL and HSL.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, managers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible care.
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for our clients.
• The work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

A driver's license is required to obtain employment.

Experience in care is desirable and meritorious.

Delegation for medication, insulin is necessary to work in the units.

You easily adapt to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly adjust your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires.

You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You structure and manage your work independently.
