Our Operations

The task of the staffing unit is to assist the operations during short-term absences and to strengthen prioritized operations when needed for various reasons. The staffing unit plans, coordinates, and administers internal staffing at the hospital. We currently have nurses trained in 34 departments within somatics. Our goal is also to train nurses in psychiatry and the children's hospital.

Your Mission

You will be employed within the staffing unit, which is organized centrally at the hospital. You will be trained in at least 8 departments according to an individual introduction plan. You have your individual schedule and know when you will work, but not always which department until at least the day before.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience in acute care within psychiatry, pediatrics, surgery, orthopedics, medicine, or similar. Alternatively, you have worked for at least 4 years in a care department within inpatient care. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a nurse in several different operations and/or in the staffing industry. You need to have good knowledge of the Cosmic journal system.

Your Competence

You are an experienced and confident nurse who finds it easy to collaborate with other professionals. You have a high degree of social competence, an ability to create contact, and maintain professional relationships. Since your mission involves changing patient categories and colleagues daily, you need to feel a basic security in your professional role, but at the same time have a flexible attitude and be attracted to learning new things, understanding new working methods, and being trained in different departments. You need to be able to quickly sort/prioritize what is important and be self-sufficient in your work. We believe you are a person driven to meet set goals and requirements.
