About the Job
You will primarily work in the department's outpatient unit with orthopedic investigations. As a veterinarian at UDS, you will also supervise veterinary and veterinary nursing students. If you are interested in working in other departments within UDS or the institution, this can be discussed and may become relevant.
All employees in the equine department work under a list service agreement.
With us, you will contribute to a positive development in a university environment that is rich in knowledge across many areas. You will operate in a dynamic world with clinical challenges at the forefront of research.
Your Background
You are a licensed veterinarian authorized to work in Sweden, with substantial experience in equine orthopedics. As a person, you are structured, can handle high workloads at times, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where a lot is happening. You value good collaboration with colleagues, are a good team player, and actively contribute to good relationships within the entire faculty. You are interested in working in an environment where clinical practice meets education and research, and in creating a good learning environment for students. At the same time, you can view the operations from a commercial perspective and are results-oriented. We will place great emphasis on your personal abilities.
