JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Pool Cook, you will work at all of our units within preschools, elementary schools, and high school kitchens, and you will be involved in all tasks related to the kitchen, dishwashing, and dining room. In the role of Pool Cook, you are responsible for preparing and delivering good, nutritious, sustainable, and safe food to children and students, always focusing on quality and joy in food. This role also includes some cleaning duties in smaller units.

An important part of your work is to continuously collaborate with your colleagues to develop and improve the operations. With your positive attitude and high service level, you create an inviting and pleasant environment for our diners. Your passion for cooking, your commitment, and your creativity are crucial for creating a meal experience that truly makes a difference in the lives of children and students.

Through your ability to collaborate and your professional approach, you contribute to a workplace where joy in food and the diner are always at the center. You have a strong interest in cooking from scratch and a desire to develop the entire meal experience, as well as a strong commitment to achieving the goals set within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained cook or has other relevant education for the position within restaurant/food
• has experience as a cook and is used to working with service and customer interaction
• can communicate fluently in Swedish both orally and in writing
• has experience using digital tools in your work
• has a driver's license

As a person, you are a natural relationship builder who easily collaborates with others and sees service as one of your main qualities. You are a creative and initiative-taking person who dares to think outside the box and try new ideas. At the same time, you have the ability to maintain focus on long-term goals and always put the diner's experience at the center. You are flexible and have the ability to inspire others. With a positive attitude towards both guests and colleagues, you understand the importance of your engagement in shaping our guests' dining experience.

Employment form: Permanent (a probationary period may be applied).
Start date: 2025-04-07 or according to agreement.
