ARE YOU OUR NEW NIGHT RECEPTIONIST?

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an engaged and positive night receptionist who is passionate about providing personal service. To fit into the role, you should be responsible, self-driven, and able to take initiative while always striving to exceed guests' expectations. We appreciate if you are innovative, enjoy changes, challenges, and have an eye for detail. You have a good ability to find solutions. As a person, you have a genuine and natural interest in people, are proactive, and have an easy time collaborating with both guests and colleagues.

What is your role?

You are the hotel's face to the outside world; your role is incredibly important as you influence the guest's impression and stay. As a receptionist, it is important to be up-to-date and have an overall view of the hotel's operations and its surroundings, which contributes to service beyond the ordinary.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

Meeting, welcoming, and being available for our guests

Standard reception duties

A large part of the job involves responsibility for the preparation and preparation in the kitchen for the hotel's breakfast/conference/SHOP.

Ensuring that standards and concepts are followed

You preferably have previous experience in hotels or similar tasks, but it is not a requirement.

The position is a permanent 80% employment.

Shifts are scheduled so you work 7 nights & are off for 7 nights.
