Arctic Bath is an exclusive and intimate floating hotel located by the Lule River, 50 kilometers northwest of Boden, where nature's tranquility meets luxury in harmony. Our drive is to create unforgettable experiences that combine personal warmth and professional service.

Our restaurant is small and intimate with only 20 seats, allowing us to work closely with the kitchen to offer memorable gastronomic journeys for our guests. We serve tasting menus that reflect the changes of the season and highlight local ingredients from Norrbotten and the Arctic Circle's pantry.

We are inspired by the fantastic nature surrounding us and work creatively with flora and fauna to find new and exciting flavor combinations. This is reflected in our cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, drink packages, and unique teas, where you will have the opportunity to both develop and share your knowledge.

We work closely together in a small, tight-knit team where the kitchen, restaurant, and reception interact to deliver a holistic experience that our guests carry with them long after their visit. During the summer, which is our low season, we help each other across departmental boundaries and contribute collectively to ensure that all parts of the hotel run smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a great interest in food and drink, preferably with good knowledge of wine, and has experience recommending and serving beverages with tasting menus. Your passion for flavor experiences and ability to create harmonious combinations between dishes and drinks is something we value.
• Wants to contribute to a high-class guest experience with a focus on personal service, details, quality, and professionalism.
• Is an engaged team player who is flexible and wants to develop together with our ambitious colleagues.
• Has previous experience working in a fine dining environment.
• Masters English at a high level, as many of our guests come from international destinations.
• We would like you to be able to work with us for at least two seasons, summer and winter, to create continuity and provide the best possible experience for you and our guests.
