Receptionist at Arctic Bath

Arctic Bath, located in the stunning nature of Harads, offers our guests a unique combination of relaxation, adventure, and gastronomy. We are a hotel with 12 rooms, a spa area, a restaurant, and activities. We combine tradition with innovation to create exclusive experiences, and you will be part of this important work at the reception.

The role includes:

• Performing daily routines within reception work such as checking in and out guests and ensuring that bookings are executed according to plan.
• Being the face of the hotel and a key person in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ensuring that guests are informed and comfortable and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Promoting close cooperation with our various departments for smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining good relationships with our suppliers and partners.
• Being responsive to feedback and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Desired qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
• A positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in an international environment and deliver a high level of service.
• We prefer that you are a flexible person with good relationship management skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a merit.
