JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you are the user's extended arm and help and support with what the person can no longer manage on their own in their daily life. The tasks are varied, and you perform both care work such as support with hygiene, dressing, and meals, service tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and laundry, as well as social tasks such as walks and social interaction. You will also work with delegation from our nurses and perform medical tasks. The job is developing and allows you to take on a lot of responsibility. As a person, it is important that you can give of yourself and work both in a team and independently. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening, both weekdays and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a great interest in working with people. You should be a trained nursing assistant, and we prefer that you have experience working in home care. As a person, you should be confident in yourself and take responsibility for your actions. You should be stress-resistant and flexible in your work, and you have a positive attitude towards working in elderly care. You are solution-focused and see opportunities in both tasks and the organization as a whole. You can work just as well independently as in a group and have good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as documentation is a recurring part of our work. Good computer skills are expected, as documentation is done in our IT system.
