Kung Karl School is located in Kungsäter, about 35 kilometers northeast of Varberg. It is a F–6 school with approximately 80 students and an integrated after-school program, surrounded by a vast and scenic environment. Together, they form the heart of the picturesque village.

After completing grade 6, students continue their education at Lindbergs School for grades 7–9. Our students appreciate varied teaching and want the opportunity to influence how they present their knowledge. This is something that the fall's work in the staff will focus on.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a craft teacher for grades 3-5, you will work with teaching, planning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons. The work is carried out according to established goals and guidelines. You will work alongside a qualified colleague, and together you will design a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. You challenge and support students so that they achieve good academic results. The work is carried out in collaboration with other educators, student health, guardians, and other actors outside the school.

Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you shape a relational leadership where the quality of teaching is in focus. We create the best possible meeting for learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a certified craft teacher for the early years of primary school.

As a teacher, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific principles with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have a good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable working environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
