• You are a trained Care Assistant
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are stress-resistant and used to taking responsibility
• You are used to working independently
• You must have a B driver's license

• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are accustomed to working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document in social journals.

You have a genuine interest in helping people in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You have the ability to handle even the more pressured situations.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes to provide the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Your daytime tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Shopping
• And much more

Working period and hours:

We offer a daytime schedule with work Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

Daytime schedule: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM. There are variations of fixed schedules with different levels of employment.

You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby. We believe you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome.
