JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task is to provide good care and support for individuals with approved services. Visits are planned and take place in the client's private home, but we also respond to unplanned alarms. You will be part of a work group consisting of 8 people, primarily working in one area. Home Care consists of about 40 employees.

In Home Care, we work based on a rehabilitative approach and aim to create good relationships with the clients and their relatives. Each client is unique and should feel involved and influential. Within Home Care, we work in teams around the client. You collaborate in the shared care and support work and actively participate in the workplace's quality and development efforts.

We are now looking for:

• Two positions for scheduled work during days, evenings, and weekends with a full-time measure of 37 hours/week.
• One position for night work with a full-time measure of 34.33 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant from a care education program. You need to be able to prove that you have been permanently employed as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023. If you have not been, proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked with elderly care or within disabilities.

You are a responsible person with a genuine interest in working with people. You also have good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor. You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We value your ability to make independent decisions, have good self-awareness, a good sense of humor, and a focus on the client.

A Class B driver's license is required.
