Store Associate at Coop Växjö

Between the lakes Växjösjön and Trummen, you will find Coop Växjö on Emil Lindells Väg, a smaller store with about 7 employees. We are a nice store with wonderful customers and helpful staff. We are now looking for a new team member for our store. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and eager to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will work with all the common tasks in the store, such as:

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and fronting products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and waste
• Conducting quality controls
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working physically. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a high-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The positions are permanent part-time contracts of 5 hours/week with a desired start date as soon as possible. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
