What are we looking for?

To continue our exciting journey, we are now looking for an Account Manager for the Värnamo/Växjö area. We are seeking someone with an interest in sales and people, a strong personal commitment, and a goal to develop to reach your best self. Experience in the construction industry is not a requirement for this role.

What does the role entail?

As a salesperson at Hilti, you will be visiting our customers in the construction industry to find out how we can create value for their business. You will identify opportunities and convert them into business in a district with great potential. You thrive equally well on the construction site as you do in the customer's office.

Our sales model is based on professional consultative selling. This means a varied and practical everyday life that demands efficiency and personal accountability. One moment you will roll up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most groundbreaking products in the industry, and the next, you will sell services along with all the support and aftercare that comes with the Hilti brand. It’s about understanding the customer's business and finding the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for their needs. To achieve this, you will need to build a wide network of contacts with the customer and be skilled at building lasting customer relationships.

  • Have previous sales experience
  • Have basic computer skills and experience working in a business system.

As a first step in the recruitment process, you will be invited to a digital video interview if you progress. This will be followed by interviews in two stages, first with the recruiting manager and then with a higher-level manager. We will also offer you a ride-along where you can experience part of an Account Manager's daily life. At the end of the recruitment process, we will conduct a background check and perform alcohol and drug tests in connection with reference checks.
