ProfilGruppen's customers are found in a variety of industries, primarily in the Northern European market, and the company has a turnover of approximately 2.3 billion Swedish kronor, half of which is exported.

About the role As a Key Account Manager at ProfilGruppen, you will work with international customers and long-term business in an innovative and technical environment. You will play a central role in ensuring long-term partnerships and driving business development as well as engaging with strategic key customers.

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships by being an advisory partner and creating value early in the customer’s decision-making process.
  • Lead the internal work together with sales support, sales technicians, and designers to ensure the best solutions for the customer.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within automotive and other global accounts in related industries.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, agreements, and implementation.

The position is based in Åseda, with the possibility of remote work. You will report to the Sales Manager Automotive and have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the role and working methods. For the right person, there are also good internal development opportunities.

Your profile We are looking for someone who is fearless, curious, and relationship-building, with a strong business drive and technical interest. You have a natural ability to find innovative solutions and build trusting relationships with both customers and internal teams.

You have: Previous experience in technical sales and/or business development. A structured approach and the ability to drive business independently. Strong communication skills and a relationship-building approach. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in Automotive is highly meritorious.
