ProfilGruppen's customers are found in various industries, primarily in the Northern European market, and the company has a turnover of approximately 2.3 billion Swedish kronor, half of which is exported.

About the role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and business development towards customers in southern Sweden. You will be part of a larger sales team operating in an innovative and technical environment, working to develop existing customer relationships while proactively targeting new customers to expand the customer base.

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Be responsible for and develop existing customer relationships and be an advisory partner for the customer.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, from smaller companies to larger players in various industries.
  • Lead the internal work together with sales support, sales technicians, and designers to ensure the best solutions for the customer.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, contracts, and implementation.
  • Travel within the region and meet customers to build strong and long-term business relationships.

The position is located in Åseda, with the possibility to work partially remotely. You will report to the Sales Manager South Sweden and have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the role and working methods. For the right person, there are also good internal development opportunities.

Your profile We are looking for someone who is fearless, curious, and has a strong drive to make deals. You have good communication skills and a knack for finding innovative solutions and building trusting relationships with both customers and internal teams.

The role requires a technical interest as well as previous experience in B2B sales. A background in technical sales and understanding of production processes is advantageous, but we value the right attitude and willingness to develop in the role above all!
