WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TACTICAL PURCHASER

Are you a structured person with a technical interest who wants to work for a market-leading company in professional lighting? Bellalite is in an expansion phase and is now looking for a tactical purchaser to join our team at the headquarters in Växjö.

About the position:

As a tactical purchaser at Bellalite, you will play a key role in ensuring the product flow to our customers in theater, events, shows, and public environments. You will work closely with both our suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient purchasing processes and deliveries. You will work on developing, streamlining, and optimizing our internal routines and processes, and carry out ongoing forecasting and analysis work to ensure that we always have the right product at the right price in stock. You will have the support of an experienced part-time purchaser and team members responsible for the assortment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling ongoing purchases and orders of lighting products, accessories, and spare parts from our global suppliers
• Monitoring and tracking purchases, deliveries, lead times, and delivery precision
• Inventory optimization and reorder points
• Managing and updating supplier price lists
• Ongoing supplier contacts, including contract negotiations
• Pricing and pricing strategies
• Forecasting and analysis work

We are looking for someone who:

• has post-secondary education in purchasing or equivalent relevant work experience
• has at least 5 years of experience in operational purchasing
• is fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. The role involves a lot of communication with both national and international suppliers
• has good knowledge and experience working in Office 365 and with business systems
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience with the business system Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
• It is an advantage if you have experience in the electrical or lighting industry
