JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to the education administration and youth center operations. The youth center operations are divided into nine units and are open and safe meeting places for all young people aged 12-16 years. Our drop-in activities, various group activities, events, and much more are the focus of the youth center operations! We always strive for initiatives to come from the youth themselves. Each youth center has a café with simple sales such as drinks and sandwiches. We are now looking for two service assistants to staff the café at Norregårds and Fagrabäck youth centers. The employment rate is 75%.

Your responsibilities will include managing all sales in the youth center's café, preparing sandwiches and hot drinks, restocking supplies, keeping the café tidy, and handling dishwashing and cleaning of the café and youth center tables.

Your working hours will be daytime starting around 8 AM.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a service assistant, you will be part of a team consisting of 34 youth leaders. Together, you contribute to meaningful, activity-based, and developmental breaks for the school's students.

As a person, you are positive, independent, and proactive. You enjoy collaborating, easily create new relationships, maintain relationships, and are a good role model. You find it easy to connect with high school students and are accommodating with a smile on your face. You can handle light lifting and are an organized person who likes to keep your surroundings neat and tidy.

We strive for youth to receive a calm response and are looking for someone who has the courage to speak up when needed. You have the ability to separate issues from individuals and can feel secure even in uncertain situations.
