About the job

As an Inside Sales Representative at EUROPART in Växjö, you will play a central role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving sales forward. You will work with:

• Proactively engaging the branch's customers to increase sales
• Building long-term relationships with our existing and new customers
• Active sales and advising our customers on our products and services.
• Order administration and follow-up to ensure our customers are always satisfied
• Handling complaints and return cases
• Working to achieve the sales budget.
• Some warehouse work may occur
• Collaborating with field sales representatives and other colleagues to achieve common goals.

You have a business sense and the ability to create sustainable relationships and trust with customers. • You have previous automotive technical knowledge
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Good computer skills and can handle business systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic knowledge of English
