We are now looking for a relationship-building Key Account Manager focused on customers in the energy industry. Do you want to be part of an engaged team that makes a real difference? Your Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Bixia, you will belong to an engaged and business-driven sales team with colleagues in Linköping and Växjö. You will have the strategic and long-term business responsibility for your customer portfolio, primarily other players in the energy sector. In this role, you will develop business relationships with our existing customers and establish new strong collaborations over time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor and strategic partner for our largest customers
  • Drive and develop business relationships with existing and new customers in the energy sector
  • New sales of Bixia's offerings to large consumers, producers, and energy companies
  • Identify customer needs and create tailored energy solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements focusing on profitable and sustainable business
  • Actively contribute to Bixia's product development to further improve our offerings
  • Collaborate internally with various departments to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Analyze the market and monitor the environment to identify business opportunities

The position is located at our office in Växjö or as agreed.

About You

We prefer that you have a relevant university or college education or equivalent work experience. You have solid experience in complex service sales within the energy and electricity market, where you have been responsible for the entire business process and your own customer responsibility. Furthermore, you have documented experience in successful new sales and good knowledge of the electricity market and its regulations. You are accustomed to building and developing long-term customer relationships and have the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities. Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex contract negotiations are also important parts of your competence. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and it is advantageous if you have experience in trading on financial markets or are a certified electricity trader.

As a person, you find it easy to build strong business relationships that motivate both customers and colleagues to drive the business forward. You have excellent collaboration skills and are self-driven, seeing our goals and results as natural driving forces in your daily work.
