We are now looking for a driven marketing coordinator who wants to help develop our marketing strategy and work with everything from digital marketing to marketing projects and social media. A.R.C is a company in the real estate industry that focuses on sustainability and profitability for our clients. We were founded in 2020 in Växjö by five passionate individuals, and today we have over 100 employees in 12 different offices across Sweden. As a marketing coordinator at A.R.C, your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase business growth.
• Managing our customer platform on the website to ensure customers have the right login and to ensure and quality assure data flows.
• Handling and developing the company's presence on social media, including creating content and engaging with our target audience.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product placement and digital advertising.
• Participating in and leading marketing projects aimed at strengthening our brand and creating long-term profitability.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing and communication.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing. You have a good understanding of how to create engagement and build strong brands. You thrive in a dynamic environment and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are creative, structured, and have a good ability to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in marketing, digital strategy, and social media.
• Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Good communication skills and a creative spirit.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
