Lammhults is looking for an Inside Sales Representative

As an inside sales representative at Lammhults, you will have a varied role where you can develop and enhance the department while contributing to satisfied customers and our continued growth. In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities, and we are looking for someone who is business-minded and results-oriented. To succeed in this role, you have a positive attitude, excel in personal interaction, see opportunities, and are solution-oriented. The tasks are varied, so you need to be both structured and flexible. You enjoy collaborating in a team but also take personal responsibility for developing both your role and the department.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

- Customer contact and support via phone and email.

- Assisting sales representatives with orders and inquiries.

- Handling order placement, invoicing questions, and delivery issues.

- Registering orders, sending order confirmations, and responding to quotes and price inquiries for Sweden and export.

- Administering any complaints.

- Working with proactive customer follow-up.

- Contributing ideas and initiatives to develop our working methods.

- And other miscellaneous tasks within the department.

Qualifications and personal qualities

- You have experience in similar tasks.

- You are computer literate and proficient in the Office suite.

- You are accustomed to working in business systems, preferably Monitor.

- You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills in German are a plus.
