Purchasing Administrator at 50% sought for Älmhult

Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Purchasing Administrator at 50% for an exciting consulting assignment in Älmhult starting in May.

About the Role

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will support the purchasing team with administrative processes related to orders, deliveries, and supplier contacts. You will work closely with buyers, finance, and logistics and play an important role in the daily flow.

Your Responsibilities

• Register and follow up on purchase orders in the business system.
• Check delivery confirmations and follow up on deliveries.
• Contact suppliers regarding order status and discrepancies.
• Assist buyers with administrative tasks.
• Participate in improvement work regarding purchasing routines and processes.
• Coordinate information between purchasing, inventory, and other internal functions.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is:

• ✔ System-savvy - You have very good knowledge of Excel.

Experience with 3M systems is an advantage, as well as experience in purchasing or logistics. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

⏳ Scope: Part-time, 50%
📆 Period: Start in May, at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
