Your Responsibilities

As a Workshop Leader at Wirtgen, you play a key role in leading and managing the workshop while ensuring that work is performed efficiently and with high quality. In this role, you will work daily with administration and have close collaboration with several different functions within the company.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Plan, prioritize, and allocate work in collaboration with team leaders.
• Lead, motivate, and support employees in the workshop to achieve set goals.
• Participate in daily work and function as technical support for customers and employees.
• Administer and complete work orders.
• Advise customers on service and repairs and build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure that safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Act as acting team leader in the absence of the regular leader.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with light and heavy vehicles.
• Technical education in vehicle technology and practical work experience.
• Good administrative skills and experience in handling work orders.
• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Leadership qualities - you are a confident, solution-oriented, and motivating person.

It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar role or are working as a technician and want to take the next step towards a leadership position. Additionally, experience in quality and environmental work is a plus.

• Location: Alvesta, fresh and nice premises right at the entrance to Alvesta.
• Scope: Full-time, from 07:00 to 16:00, Fridays until 15:00.
