Job description for District Manager.

The role of District Manager involves leading and distributing work within the district. The overarching goal is to ensure excellent quality of the services performed in your area. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead our staff and ensure the quality of our assignments
• Ongoing contact with our customers
• Recruit new staff
• Train and onboard new staff
• Develop the district
• Administer via RG Admin. This means staffing assignments, entering bookings, ensuring that staff report times and images on time, approving time reports, etc.
• Follow-up on work is done, among other things, through key performance indicator tracking.
• Actively participate in our joint activities such as weekly meetings, conferences, training, etc.

Candidate profile

• Experience in grocery retail
• Comfortable with product picking and performing renovations
• Driver's license and car
• Computer skills. Comfortable with Excel and Word.
• Structured and responsible.
• Self-driven and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy taking responsibility for the district and leading staff.
