We are now looking for a summer substitute for Anders who lives on a farm outside Tidan in Öja. The farm is located right by Lake Östen. Scope according to agreement. You need to have a driver's license and be able to drive a slightly larger vehicle. There is almost always double assistance, so you will hardly ever work alone.

Today, a large group of assistants works with Anders. During all shifts, there are two of you working between 09:30 and 21:00. Split shifts occur. The daily work consists of helping with what Anders cannot do himself as he is partially paralyzed after a stroke. You will work in the home where his wife also lives. You will be offered friendly colleagues and a stable client who truly appreciates their assistants. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's assistance needs and routines.

The role and experience of the assistant

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. You need to be flexible regarding working hours as we in the workgroup solve staffing if someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other.

Desirable experiences

• Trained nursing assistant is an advantage
• Enjoy being outdoors
• Speak fluent Swedish
• B driver's license and driving experience.

Working hours/employment

• Hourly – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• During the summer months of June, July, and August, you should be able to work an average of 30 hours per week.
• Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.
• Start with an introductory shift immediately.

About salary

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
