What the Role Involves

The tasks consist of weighing system alternatives against each other by identifying, developing, and modeling. You will also act as analytical support and technical leader during the development and verification phases. We offer the opportunity to develop within specific areas of expertise that you desire in a long-term dialogue with your immediate supervisor. You may be interested in process and method development to support efficient system development in combination with new technology or systems and various application areas.

As the position involves work subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a responsive and analytical person with the ability to identify needs that can drive processes forward with a focus on value and results. You should be accustomed to communicating and presenting to both customers and colleagues. Building new relationships is something you enjoy, and you are happy to share your knowledge.

You have approximately 5 years of work experience in systems development and preferably have had a project management role or similar. You should have a relevant technical degree in engineering or computer science, electrical engineering, or mechatronics. A focus on artificial intelligence, statistics, numerical analysis, or logic is a plus. The assignments require good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
