SHT Smart High-Tech AB is a fast-growing company developing graphene-enhanced materials for efficient thermal management. Our products enable the development of high-performance electronics in areas such as AI, data centers, and telecommunications. To ensure our continued development, we are now looking for a quality engineer who wants to help drive our quality work to the next level.

About the role

As a Quality Engineer at SHT Smart High-Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring and further developing the quality work throughout the organization. You will report directly to the COO and will lead quality initiatives, improve and optimize our production and development processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the company's quality work and ensure that quality is an integral part of all processes.
• Drive and coordinate quality initiatives and improvement projects within production and product development.
• Be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Ensure that production processes meet defined quality requirements and propose actions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and lead audit work and act as the contact person for external certification bodies.
• Work closely with production and development teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure high product quality.
• Actively contribute to creating and strengthening the quality culture through training and coaching.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in quality work, preferably from a technical or high-tech production environment. You are familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and enjoy working closely with the business. You are analytical, structured, and have a knack for communicating and creating engagement around quality issues.

We would like you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality work within production or product development.
• Experience with ISO certifications and quality audits.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to drive improvement work independently and in collaboration with others.

Preferred qualifications include experience in:

• Electronics, materials technology, or graphene-based solutions.
• Working in dynamic and fast-growing companies.
